Rogers Engineering utilizes a computerized AUTOCAD(r) graphics system for the in-house capability of providing equipment and control systems utilizing the latest state-of-the-art technology. Ladder diagrams for PC equipment are computer generated as well as electrical and piping schematic diagrams. Control systems most often used by Rogers customers utilize such companies as Leeds & Northrup, Honeywell, and Barber-Coleman for temperature control, and Allen Bradley, Modicon, Siemens and GE for solid state logic systems. These systems offer PID loops for temperature control and relay logic. Level communication on Data Highway networks can be incorporated in control Systems.

Rogers has full programming capability for developing Allen Bradley PanelView screens and data integration as well as the other features offered by that system.

Rogers Engineering maintains a strict Project Management Program. This program insures that equipment manufactured by Rogers will be in compliance with all applicable codes, Purchasers specifications, and relevant company standards

From the proposal stage through the installation and start-up stage your project will be managed on a team basis. The team is made up of Rogers personnel from each department; management, sales, quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing and field engineering.

Our manufacturing facilities are located in Cambridge City. Our manufacturing facility is a high bay facility having 24 ft. clear under crane hook. The facility multiple cranes ranging from 10,000 lb to 60,000 lb. This facility provides us with the capability to set up jobs complete, as they will be installed in the customers plant for test and check-out prior to shipment.
