Redesign/Rebuild

Rogers Engineering offers a complete redesign and rebuild service. The roots of Rogers Engineering were formed in the redesign and modification of furnace equipment when Bill Rogers formed Rogers Installation and Service Co. in 1968. In 1972 the Company was changed to Rogers Engineering and Manufacturing Co., Inc. with the Service and Installation Co. as an integral part of that organization.

Rogers has provided this service to our customers on all types of equipment from box furnaces to continuous vacuum furnaces on any furnace manufactures equipment. Rogers has expertise in both electric and gas fired combustion systems to either update the system or convert the system from one to the other.

Rogers is actively involved in the conversion of aluminum CAB brazing furnaces of other manufactures to Rogers CAB design. Through the installation of Rogers proprietary sinuous formed muffles and long life heating elements, these modifications have given the customer improvements in production rates of 20 to 50%, improved braze quality through the decrease of fillet erosion, improved muffle response time, reduced nitrogen usage of up to 50% and improved muffle and element life of several hundred percent.
