RPM Program

Rogers Engineering's RPM (Rogers Preventive Maintenance) is available for inspection and service of your equipment.  By enrolling in this program, a Rogers Furnace technician will visit your plant on mutually agreed intervals and inspect your CAB Systems.  The technician will fill out a checkpoint list that identifies all of the critical areas of the equipment and provide you with recommendations and comments for each system inspected.

Check Point examples:

þ Mesh belt tracking requires adjustment
þ Dry-Off fans require cleaning
þ Replace vee-belts on scrubber fan
þ Change curtains in entrance vestibule
þ Adjust Fluxer belt take-up
þ Etc. - List will include approximately 100 items

Following the inspection, Rogers will issue a report stating the status of inspected items and any maintenance required.  Items identified during the inspection that need attention will be quoted at customer's request.  Following receipt of an order, the work will be scheduled at a time convenient to the customer.

Implementation of this program will:

j Reduce the number of unexpected down times for maintenance and repair
k Reduce the cost and down time of repairs and clean up by scheduled maintenance before problems arise
