Heating Elements Rogers offers a complete line of sinuous formed replacement heating elements. These are available in both ribbon and rod configurations and are formed on Rogers’ proprietary element forming equipment. In order to form reliable elements, they must be formed without building in stretch in the material. Elements are available in a wide variety of materials and sizes to fit your specific needs. If your elements are not providing the service life you think they should, Rogers will be pleased to offer a redesign of your present elements to improve performance and service life.

Rogers also has available a complete line of silicon carbide heating elements in sizes and configurations for almost any requirement.

Rolls Rogers manufactures a complete line of high temperature furnace rolls. Our rolls are made on precision equipment to the most accurate and highest quality rolls available. Rolls are available in a variety of materials and sizes to meet your requirements.

Muffles Rogers’ experience in the manufacture of continuous atmosphere furnaces led to the development of our sinuous formed muffles. These muffles are used in high temperature applications such as copper brazing and sintering of special alloy components and low temperature applications such as aluminum CAB brazing.

Coolers Rogers manufactures both water-jacketed coolers and recirculated air coolers for cooling applications in continuous furnaces. Coolers are available in custom designed sizes to meet your specific needs.

Belts for Continuous Style Mesh Belt Furnaces Rogers offers a wide variety of mesh belt furnaces for your specific applications, both in air and prepared atmosphere furnace applications. Also available, are rubber cover drive rolls and turn rolls sized for your application.
