Product Design

Rogers Engineering utilizes a computerized AUTOCAD® graphics system for the in-house capability of designing equipment and control systems utilizing the latest state-of-the-art technology. Ladder diagrams for PLC equipment are computer generated, as well as electrical and piping schematic diagrams. Control systems most often used by Rogers’ customers utilize such companies as Honeywell and Eurotherm for temperature control, and Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE and Amron for solid-state logic systems. These systems offer PID loop for temperature control and logic control. Data Highway network communication can be incorporated in the control systems.

Rogers' full programming ability has lead to the development of the exclusive Rogers Machine View Control, utilizing Allen-Bradley PanelView, Siemens S7 screens, and data integration, as well as other features.
