Rogers Engineering designs and manufactures our control systems in house using the latest in control components. From the simplest relay logic systems to complex computer controlled systems our designs are unique to the thermal processing industry. For those wishing the latest state of the art systems, we have developed the Rogers Machine View Control System. This menu driven system provides a graphical view of the equipment with a user friendly interface that lets the operator monitor and control all of the various components of the system from a central control station or from remote stations. The system menus and screens are customized for the customers’ specific equipment. Dial in modem service is available that will allow a Rogers technician to trouble shoot the system remotely saving time and money.Rogers uses a plug and receptacle interconnection system to interconnect equipment components. This allows the equipment to be interconnected and tested in house prior to shipment. Since the interconnections are unplugged and the wire coiled for shipment, reconnection in the field is a matter of uncoiling the cables and plugging into the control panel. Wires do not have to be disconnected from the components thus eliminating time consuming field testing.
